Freedom from fear
Naming the lie, exposing the root, and returning authority to Christ.
About Kay
Kgomotso "Kay" Hargraves helps leaders and everyday people carry authority without losing identity, faith without losing relevance, and biblical conviction without disconnecting from real life.
The Calling
Kgomotso "Kay" Hargraves is a global speaker, author, entrepreneur, lecturer, leadership coach, and marketplace voice. She has built authority as an executive financial-crimes specialist and advisor across major American financial institutions, and she has carried governance responsibility as a Vice Chairperson serving in African boardrooms.
But the weight of her message is not carried by titles alone. Kay's life has been shaped by faith, pressure, obedience, resilience, spiritual warfare, leadership, motherhood, Botswana roots, marketplace excellence, and the restoring authority of Jesus Christ. She has lived enough to speak with depth, led enough to speak with credibility, and been healed enough to speak with compassion.
Her message is for real places and real people: boardrooms, banks, leadership teams, churches, ministries, classrooms, podcasts, retreats, homes, and the private places where someone is asking whether God can meet them in the pressure they carry. Kay brings biblical wisdom into the marketplace without watering down truth and into faith spaces without ignoring real life.
Above every role, accomplishment, platform, and assignment, Kay's most important identity is this: she is a daughter of the Most High. Everything she writes, teaches, builds, and speaks flows from that place.
